Trader - Junior / Medior

SFI Markets is looking for an (Junior/Medior) experienced Trader to join our growing Secondary Sales Trading team. This is an opportunity for the Trader to manage its own trading portfolio, help built and grow a trading business, and improve the liquidity providing process.

The Trader is working closely together with our IT/Tech team to continuously streamline the pricing process and managing of daily trades and flow. The Trader we are looking for has (in depth) knowledge of trading and a genuine interest and passion for financial markets. We further expect a Trader to be on top of markets and be creative when it comes to building out a business. Please note that this is a very dynamic role which requires excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously pricing of fixed income instruments on various exchanges and platforms
• Manage (intraday) positions and making sure essential trading information is captured accurately
• Identify and execute new trading opportunities
• Take ownership for the principal trading strategy of the company
• Take responsibility and liaise with IT/Tech and other stakeholders to optimize trading process and related software
• Pro-actively share (market) knowledge and ideas with your sales colleagues
