Job description
As an IT Support engineer within SFI Markets you will be responsible for providing first and second-line support to all users on a day-to-day basis. In this job, you are working closely with our Head of IT on ongoing projects. You will interact regularly with our front office on trade-related matters. It is important that you act proactively and take responsibility for your own work. There is plenty of room for personal input and ideas.
RESPONSIBILITES
Manage systems administrations for Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and OneDrive
Help administer AWS services including S3 Buckets, Route 53, EC2 instances
Manage office telephony including call recording systems
Setup and provisioning of users’ hardware including computers, laptops, phones, etc.
Maintain backup systems and verify backup reliability
Ownership of incidents and requests, including interactions with external providers
Maintenance and monitoring of assigned scripted automated tasks
Responsible for providing first-line support to users on a day day-to-day basis
Configuration and maintenance of software, hardware, network, print, and telephony
Managing and maintaining accurate logs on support requests
Job requirements
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role
BSc degree in Computer Science or HBO in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
Extensive knowledge and problem-solving ability with Microsoft systems administration, Microsoft Office365 and related software and systems
Experience with scripting in PowerShell, bash, or Python is desirable
Pro-active, self-starter, and approachable
Living in the Netherlands, working predominantly at the Amsterdam office
Fluent in English
